Anna Dudzińska
psychologist, therapist
I work with people who would like to make a change and previous ways have not met their expectations and needs. I support both adults and young people. Working with parents of children and young people is particularly important to me. I accompany families to better understand the emotions and experiences accompanying children's independence, adolescence, parenting problems, depression and mood disorders. I support parents in the processes of diagnosis of children on the autism spectrum (Asperger's Syndrome and ADHD). I work with adults with ADHD and Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
I help people struggling with lack of self-confidence, low self-esteem, mood swings, job burnout, frustration, self-aggression, nervous breakdown, depression, experiencing loneliness, relationship difficulties, co-addiction.
I got my Master's degree in Psychology at the SWPS University in Warsaw with a specialization in Clinical Psychology. I completed the second level of Solution Focused Therapy at CTTSR. I gained my experience, among others, in the Children and Youth Department at hospital in Józefów. I am currently in the middle of a full 4-year psychotherapeutic training in the integrative stream and a member of the Polish Psychiatric Association. I constantly educate myself by participating in trainings, workshops, and I subject my work to regular supervision.
"Z całego serca polecam Panią Anię, zgłosiłam się z wieloma nurtującymi mnie problemami, pomaga do tej pory uporać się z trudnościami życiowymi, dając praktyczne wskazówki do rozmyślne i wprowadzenia w życie. Daje przestrzeń do rozmyśleń, wysłucha i wesprze. Przede wszystkim prowadzi, nie milczy, prowadzi dialog, nie wpędza w zakłopotanie. Po każdej terapii czuje się zaopiekowana i silna. Z całego serca polecam."
